Сost of services

   The cost of recruitment services makes up 100 % of the specialist’s monthly salary, paid to them in accordance with their position after the trial period. The final cost of services is discussed at a personal meeting with our representative.

The services are paid for in two stages:

           - 50 %   - when an employee starts working with the company;

           - 50 %   - when an employee has successfully passed the trial period.

If a candidate has failed during the trial period, we perform one-time free substitution for a respective specialist.

  The personnel agency "Art-Reсruting" works without an advance payment.

  We have various options of payments in case of mass staff recruitment.
